Could you please clarify for me? Despite Binance's announced departure from the Canadian market on September 25th, 2023, will I still be able to withdraw my funds from Binance Canada? I understand that accounts will transition to a "liquidation only" mode, which presumably prohibits further trading or deposits, but does this also restrict withdrawals?
